Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility & Software Non-Refundability

Due to the digital nature of our alerts and tools, we enforce strict refund conditions:

• MW Auto Pro Software Strictly Non-Refundable: All fees, license costs, and access charges paid for MW Auto Pro software access are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances once access is provided or license keys are generated.
• Duplicate payments due to technical errors (eligible for review within 7 days for app alerts).
• System downtime exceeding 48 hours.
• Documented technical issues preventing alert delivery.

3. Request Process

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Phone to initiate a request.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
