1. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
• System downtime exceeding 48 hours.
• Documented technical issues preventing alert delivery.

3. Request Process

4. Processing
