1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using our services—including the MW Alert Pro mobile application, the MW Auto Pro software suite/tools, and the website mwalerts.in—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or software.

2. Services & Product Overview

Microworkers Alerts provides digital workflow tools, real-time micro-task monitoring, and automated productivity utilities:

• MW Alert Pro (Mobile App): Mobile application providing real-time job alerts, volume forecasts, account alerts, and community chat for digital workers.
• MW Auto Pro (Software Suite): Specialized desktop & automation productivity software designed to assist eligible members in streamlining micro-task workflows.

3. MW Auto Pro Software — Active Premium Membership Requirement

The provision and continued activation of the MW Auto Pro software are strictly conditional upon the following rules:

• Active In-App Premium Member Required: To install, activate, and run the MW Auto Pro software, you must be an active premium member in the MW Alert Pro app.
• Automatic Deactivation on Expiry: If your MW Alert Pro app premium subscription expires, lapses, fails to renew, or is cancelled, your MW Auto Pro software access will be automatically deactivated immediately.
• Continuous Active Membership: You must maintain an active premium membership in the app at all times. Software functionality is tied directly to your active premium status.
• Software Reactivation: Once deactivated due to an expired subscription, the MW Auto Pro software can only be reactivated after you successfully renew your premium membership in the MW Alert Pro mobile app.
• Non-Transferable Single-User License: MW Auto Pro software licenses are non-transferable and assigned solely to the registered premium account. Sharing license keys, attempting to bypass subscription checks, or tampering with verification algorithms will result in permanent license revocation without refund.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium memberships for MW Alert Pro and associated software access are provided on a recurring subscription basis. Payments are processed securely via Google Play Store Billing or authorized payment channels. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

As a user of our app and software tools, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, resell, or exploit any part of the MW Auto Pro software or MW Alert Pro services.
• You agree not to use the software in violation of third-party platform policies or applicable local laws.

6. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate your access to the MW Alert Pro app and the MW Auto Pro software immediately and without prior notice if you violate these terms, attempt unauthorized bypasses, or engage in fraudulent activities.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our applications, alerts, and software are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we endeavor to maintain high reliability and precision, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and will not be liable for any downtime, missed tasks, network delays, or third-party service interruptions.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
